Athletic Training Centre (ATC) in Drogheda supports injured athletes with structured physical preparation between physio and training. It starts with an assessment of flexibility, strength, posture and movement, then builds a plan around what has not been addressed. ATC is designed for long-term rebuilding for people who keep getting injured as training intensity rises or who still do not trust their body after physio.
