The founder and instructor, Trood Morrison, brings a passion for Hatha and Flow yoga to create a welcoming and genuine environment for students to practise and grow.

At Berwick & Borders Yoga, Trood emphasises that yoga is not just about poses or asanas, but a comprehensive discipline that incorporates breathwork, meditation, and self-study.
