Our Pilates method is adaptable to suit all fitness levels, focusing on technique and efficiency of movement to reduce pain and enhance functionality. Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to maintain a healthy body, Pilates is an excellent way to learn and connect with your body.
The Gyrotonic method, inspired by Yoga and the fluidity of the human body, uses dynamic circular movements to increase strength and flexibility. This rhythmic and graceful method is not only visually appealing but also great for health and injury recovery.
Foot Fitness is another important aspect of our services, as neglected feet can have a significant impact on our overall health and wellbeing. Our Yamuna Foot Fitness programme helps increase space and musculature within the feet, leading to better posture, alignment, and overall body awareness.
