Breeze Yoga, located in Portage la Prairie, is a sanctuary for those looking to deepen their yoga practice and find peace in their mind, body, and spirit. The studio offers a variety of classes, including Yin/Restorative, Yin Yang, and Hatha Flow classes, both in-studio and on Zoom. The classes cater to all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities, making yoga truly accessible to everybody.
Owner and instructor, Rachel Brathen, believes that yoga is a personal journey, and her mission is to guide students in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. In addition to regular classes, Breeze Yoga also offers private or group classes upon request, as well as Chair Yoga for those with limited mobility or injuries.
