Breeze Yoga

Breeze Yoga, located in Portage la Prairie, is a sanctuary for those looking to deepen their yoga practice and find peace in their mind, body, and spirit. The studio offers a variety of classes, including Yin/Restorative, Yin Yang, and Hatha Flow classes, both in-studio and on Zoom. The classes cater to all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities, making yoga truly accessible to everybody.

Owner and instructor, Rachel Brathen, believes that yoga is a personal journey, and her mission is to guide students in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, Breeze Yoga welcomes you to explore the transformative power of yoga in a welcoming and non-judgmental space.

In addition to regular classes, Breeze Yoga also offers private or group classes upon request, as well as Chair Yoga for those with limited mobility or injuries. Recordings of classes are available for those unable to join live sessions, ensuring that everyone can find serenity and balance through their practice.
