About
Cat Cow Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio in Invercargill. It suits people wanting a small-group, instructor-led workout that helps them get back into their body, build strength and confidence, and move in a way they can fit into their lives. Classes are open level, so beginners are welcome, with options throughout class. There are three 45-minute Reformer Pilates class styles, including a higher-energy jumpboard session and a slower mobility-focused option.
