UQAM Sports Center is excited to announce a new fitness event focused on strength and muscle endurance training. Participants will engage in a series of exercises targeting abs, glutes, and other muscle groups for a comprehensive and challenging workout. Classes will take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:05 pm to 12:50 pm for 7 weeks from April 29th to June 17th, 2024. Pricing varies depending on participant status and registration options. Registration is open to students, staff members, alumni, and external public. Take advantage of a 25% discount for the purchase of a 2nd (and more) class in the same session. Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot for this muscle and endurance program.
