Each 60-minute class includes a warm-up, skills or strength work of the day (WOD), and a cool-down. Richard loves the community vibe at Daedalus, with members training and socialising like a big family.

Classes are kept small, capped at 16 people, to ensure everyone gets quality coaching. To make it easy to start, Richard invites you to a free 60-minute trial session. If you’re new to CrossFit, beginner classes cover the basics before you join the regular sessions and choose a membership plan.
