For the little ones aged 4 to 7, there’s the “Little Dragons” programme. These sessions are designed to teach safety, defence skills, and foster resilience, focus, and coordination.
Kids aged 8 to 15 can jump into the “Kids Kung Fu & Kickboxing” programme. They’ll follow a BMABA-accredited self-defence syllabus that builds confidence and a growth mindset - essential life skills for today.
Adults, 16 and up, can take part in the “Adults Kung Fu & Kickboxing” classes. These fun, friendly sessions cover BMABA recognised self-defence techniques, alongside kickboxing training. Get fit, learn defence skills, and have a blast while doing it.
For those aged 18 and above, there's also Flow Yoga, perfect for balancing the body and mind. The Vinyasa/Ashtanga style classes will boost your overall strength and flexibility, offering a relaxing yet strengthening experience.
