Ease + Wellness is a holistic health practice located in North Vancouver, founded by Jenika Rae. Jenika is a passionate Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Breathwork Facilitator, and student of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her belief in the healing power of touch, breath, and rest is at the core of her practice.
