Are you the owner of Elysium Rec Club?
The Elysium Recreation Club (Rec Club) in Noosa Heads is a private facility exclusively available for Elysium owner/occupiers and their invited guests to use. The club is fully funded by the Body Corporate fees paid by each owner in the estate.
The Rec Club offers a range of facilities to cater to the recreational needs of its members. These include a lap pool and a kids play pool, 2 lit tennis courts, a gymnasium, and community recreation rooms with kitchen and BBQ facilities.
Entry to the Rec Club is via a swipe card system, with each owner being issued two swipe cards. Replacement cards are only provided at the owner's expense. Only residents of Elysium who are at least 16 years old are allowed to use the swipe cards to enter the facilities. The Committee has the authority to cancel entry for owners in breach of the club's rules or for non-payment of Body Corporate fees.
To ensure the proper and safe use of the gym equipment, the Elysium Gym now offers free Gym Inductions to all interested residents.
Access to the Elysium tennis courts is restricted to residents only, and entry requires a code.
The operational hours of the facilities are as follows: swimming pool and gymnasium are open from 5:30 am to 10 pm, tennis courts from 8 am to 8 pm, and the community room from 5:30 am to 10 pm.
Age restrictions have been implemented to ensure the safety of all users and adequate supervision of children. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult to use any of the facilities unless otherwise authorised in writing by the Committee or General Manager. The Committee may consider exceptions to the age restrictions if a person can demonstrate a high level of competency and maturity to use the facilities independently.
The club has established a Code of Conduct and rules to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities. These rules aim to meet all statutory and legal obligations while minimising operational costs. Some key rules include that the facilities are for Elysium owners or occupiers and their guests only, limiting group sizes to 25 people, respecting other users and using the facilities for their intended purposes, leaving the facilities clean and tidy, and prohibiting smoking, banned substances, pets, and the consumption of alcohol in certain areas.
Residents and their guests are expected to exercise caution at all times, avoid running or using offensive language, and behave respectfully towards others.
Elysium Rec Club strives to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for its members to engage in recreational activities.
