One of the gym's coaches, Joe Bromiley, specialises in strength training and emphasises the importance of mental strength as well. Another coach, Sam Logan, is passionate about functional fitness and weightlifting, drawing inspiration from his background as a Royal Marines Commando. Sue Lovell, the General Manager of EmpoweredFit Gym, is not only a level 3 PT but also a level 2 Fitness Instructor who specialises in fat loss and functional fitness training.

Emily Blastock, a powerlifter and level 3 PT, aims to guide her clients towards their goals while helping them gain knowledge on how to sustain a happy and healthy lifestyle. Callum Holmes, another level 3 PT, focuses on bettering his clients mentally and physically through a fun approach and education. Lastly, Sean Brady specialises in mobility and Olympic lifting, aiming to help members move pain-free and achieve everyday tasks more easily.
