“Hello and welcome, my name is Clint Crawley from Funktional Fitness. I have been a fitness instructor working in the Southern Highlands since 2001. I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and fitness, and my objective is to get the best outcome for my clients, whether their goal is weight loss, general health, or rehabilitation following an injury.
Furthermore, I offer one-to-one personal training sessions, both indoor and outdoor, as well as group classes and aqua aerobics. These classes and sessions are designed to cater to individual needs and goals. I operate from a fully equipped studio in East Bowral, with plenty of off-street parking. Aqua classes are held at various locations around the Highlands.
In addition to personal training, I also work in conjunction with a dietitian, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure long-term results for my clients. I understand that sometimes additional support is needed to recover from an injury, beat stress and anxiety, or lose weight, and I am happy to be of assistance and work towards improving your quality of life.
