Jonah grew up playing netball, basketball, and athletics. She discovered boxing at 14 and quickly realised her passion for combat sports. A year later, she had her first amateur fight, leading to a successful boxing career with numerous regional and national titles.
In 2017, Jonah turned professional and has since participated in high-profile bouts. She’s known for her speed, power, and technical skill in the ring. Jonah continuously works to improve as a fighter and believes boxing not only offers a physical workout but also builds mental strength and discipline.
