Hudson Flow

Hudson Flow is a boutique Pilates studio located on Main Street in the charming town of Hudson, Quebec. Founded by Nevada Zabol in Summer 2021, Hudson Flow specializes in Reformer Pilates, offering private and duo sessions, as well as small group classes. The studio believes in movement for everybody, and aims to personalize every client's experience.

Situated in the Hudson Mews building next to the Hudson Apothecary Wellness Centre, Hudson Flow encourages a holistic approach to wellness. With the Veda Fresh Press juice bar and the Wellness Centre offering Ayurvedic treatments and Hydrafacials, clients can make their time at Hudson Flow a fulfilling and rejuvenating experience.

Nevada Zabol, the founder of Hudson Flow, is a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for the practice. With a background in dance and graduate studies in health, Nevada brings a unique blend of professional and creative elements to her teaching. After teaching at various studios in Montreal and Toronto for 15 years, Nevada settled in Hudson to establish a studio with an intimate and personalized approach. She aims to empower clients both physically and mentally through the fundamentals of Pilates practice and holistic intentions.

The studio offers a range of Reformer Pilates classes, including private sessions, duo sessions, and small group classes. Clients can book sessions easily via email or through the Hudson Flow website. Hudson Flow follows strict COVID-19 procedures, ensuring the studio and equipment are spotless and sanitized between classes for the safety of all clients.
