Viva Fitness, a yoga club located in Adelaide, is excited to promote an upcoming event called Kidscare. Kidscare is a fantastic facility that offers gym creche services at their location on 3-4 Keele Place, Kidman Park, South Australia.
At Kidscare, their main focus is to provide a warm, friendly, and safe environment for children while their parents enjoy their workout. They understand the importance of creating a happy experience for the little ones, and they achieve this through engaging them with learning through play techniques and enrichment games. From drawing and painting to puzzles, reading, and building blocks, there's always something fun for the children to do.
To ensure the safety and well-being of each child, Kidscare has a set limit of children per carer and requires bookings to be made up to one week in advance. Parents can easily make bookings through the Kids Care team or join the Facebook Group called VIVA FITNESS KIDS CARE. If there are any changes to the booking, cancellations can be made via the Facebook group or by calling (08) 8353 5533.
Upon arrival and departure, parents are kindly asked to have their children apply antibacterial gel to their hands. This simple step helps to minimise the spread of germs and ensures a healthier environment for everyone. It's also important for parents to sign their child in on the provided booking sheet and kindly close the door behind them when dropping off their child.
To keep the children energised, it is suggested to bring along a small healthy snack and a labeled water bottle for them. Kidscare is a nut-free zone, so parents should be mindful of any allergies their child may have. It's also significant to avoid bringing any choking hazard foods such as popcorn, lollipops, and hard candies.
For the comfort and convenience of toilet-trained children, parents are encouraged to take them to the bathroom prior to their workout. Additionally, parents should pack spare clothing and pull-ups for toilet-trained children, while babies in nappies will need their parents to bring spare nappies, wipes, and nappy sacks.
To maintain a healthy environment, sick children should not attend Kidscare. They have specific guidelines for different illnesses such as chickenpox, ringworm, diarrhoea, and illnesses with rashes. It's significant for everyone's well-being that these guidelines are followed.
Kidscare is delighted to welcome children as young as 6 weeks old, providing a safe place for them to nap in their own pram. They also have additional staff during school holidays to accommodate older children, including older siblings. These staff members engage them in games and activities suitable for their age group, ensuring that they have a great time.
While screens and electronic devices are not actively encouraged, Kidscare understands that sometimes they are necessary. If your child has a comforter, such as a dummy, favourite toy, security blanket, bottle, or pusher, parents are advised to pack it to ensure their child's comfort and happiness during their time at Kidscare.
Kidscare @ Viva Fitness is dedicated to prioritising the well-being and happiness of children in a secure environment. They go above and beyond to create an enjoyable experience for both the children and their parents. So, come and join the fun at Kidscare and enjoy a worry-free workout at Viva Fitness!
