We offer a range of membership options to accommodate different needs and lifestyles, including full memberships, month-to-month options, and punch passes for flexibility. We also offer special discounts for seniors, students, Island Health employees, and First Responders on select plans.
In addition to our regular operating hours, we also offer after-hours access for members who prefer to work out at their convenience. This feature is available on select plans and is only accessible to members who are 18 years of age or older.
