Of healing and guiding others. I became a Reiki practitioner, allowing the universal life force energy to flow through me and into those who seek healing and balance. Through Reiki, I witnessed tremendous transformation and healing in myself and others, deepening my belief in the power of energy healing.

As I continued on my journey, I felt called to expand my skills and knowledge to better serve others. I became a certified Life Coach, equipped with the tools and techniques to guide individuals towards self-discovery, personal growth, and achieving their goals. Through mentoring, I assist others in exploring their beliefs, limitations, and blockages, helping them break free from patterns that no longer serve them and build a new, empowered life.

At Maya Guardian Healing, I bring together my expertise in Reiki, Life Coaching, and Yoga to create a space of healing, growth, and transformation. Through Reiki Healing, energy healing, Access Bars, and Yoga, individuals can release energetic blocks, heal their body, mind, and spirit, and cultivate a deeper connexion to themselves and the world around them.

Yoga is not just a physical practise for me, but a way to unite the body, mind, and spirit. It can heal and harmonise our thoughts, calm our nervous system, and bring a sense of peace and balance. I incorporate the principles of Yoga into my teachings and sessions to provide a holistic approach to well-being.

In my role as a teacher and healer, I am deeply committed to each individual's journey and growth. I believe that self-development is a lifelong process, and I am dedicated to supporting others in their path of self-discovery and evolution. Through guided meditations, workshops, and events, individuals can further deepen their connexion to their true selves and create a new reality in their lives.
