Yes. This is a place for everybody and every body, and I welcome all levels with proper training, direction, and support.

I focus on creating a safe space both physically and emotionally, helping individuals evolve past trauma toward freedom while stepping off the mat grounded, refreshed, peaceful, yet empowered and strong.
