Movement-Connects Dance and Pilates runs small, friendly classes in Cardiff, helping adults and beginners stay agile and active through dance and Pilates. You can join ballroom and Latin American dance classes throughout the year, starting at Gwaelod-y-Garth Village Hall. Pilates options include a beginners mat work course, ongoing mat group classes, and 1-1 or 2-1 apparatus sessions in The Pilates Studio Rhiwbina by appointment, with no previous experience needed to start.
