Led by Kelley, our experienced instructor with specialised training, these classes are all about maintaining your strength, flexibility, and overall wellness during pregnancy. Kelley knows the ins and outs of the changes your body goes through and creates a supportive environment for everyone.
Our pregnancy Pilates classes focus on gentle stretches, strengthening exercises, breathing techniques, and pelvic floor exercises. These workouts adapt to your needs through each trimester, helping with common discomforts like back pain and swollen ankles. Suitable for all fitness levels, these classes are the perfect way to keep your body healthy and strong throughout your pregnancy.
Mummylates also offers postnatal Pilates with Kelley, designed to help you recover after birth. These classes target the core, pelvic floor, and back muscles to build strength and improve posture. Plus, it's a baby-friendly space, so you can bond with your little one while you get some much-needed "me" time.
