Pickie Bowling Club

Pickie Bowling Club is a renowned Lawn and Indoor Bowls Club located in Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland. Established in 1943, the club has a rich history spanning over 75 years. Originally intended to be located near Pickie Park, the club eventually settled in its current location on Broadway, between Ward Park and Bangor Golf Club.

The club's facilities have evolved over the years to meet the needs of its members. The original clubhouse was a Nissen hut, but in 1960/61, the present clubhouse was constructed. In late 2013/early 2014, the interior was extended and refurbished, with updated locker rooms, a new lounge, and a relocated bar. Additionally, a verandah bar was added to the exterior, providing a comfortable space for members to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Pickie Bowling Club takes pride in its family-oriented atmosphere and frequently organises family events during the summer months.
