We provide one-on-one personal training and yoga sessions in a comfortable and private space. Each client's goals are determined through a consultation, and a tailored program is developed to help them achieve their desired results. In addition to personal training, Plachecki Coaching also offers a community Run Club in Dundas. The Run Club is open to individuals of all abilities and ages, from serious long-distance runners to beginners who want to improve their running skills. The founders of Plachecki Coaching, Kristina and Matt, are passionate about health and fitness. Kristina holds a Masters in Biology with a focus in Exercise Physiology, while Matt has a background in endurance sports and coaching. Their personal experiences in triathlons, marathons, and Ironman competitions have shaped their approach to coaching, allowing them to provide effective and personalized training programs to their clients.
