Plachecki Coaching is a personal training and fitness coaching service located in Dundas, offering expert coaching to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. With over 50 years of combined training experience, our knowledgeable coaches are passionate about helping clients reach their full potential.

We provide one-on-one personal training and yoga sessions in a comfortable and private space. Each client's goals are determined through a consultation, and a tailored program is developed to help them achieve their desired results. In addition to personal training, Plachecki Coaching also offers a community Run Club in Dundas. The Run Club is open to individuals of all abilities and ages, from serious long-distance runners to beginners who want to improve their running skills. Through proper programming and expert coaching, we believe that anyone can become a better runner and make running a part of their regular fitness routine.

The founders of Plachecki Coaching, Kristina and Matt, are passionate about health and fitness. Kristina holds a Masters in Biology with a focus in Exercise Physiology, while Matt has a background in endurance sports and coaching. Their personal experiences in triathlons, marathons, and Ironman competitions have shaped their approach to coaching, allowing them to provide effective and personalized training programs to their clients.
