Pole Fitness is a full-body workout with a main focus on your body core for most of the moves, helping you achieve a flatter stomach, more toned arms, and a nicer shape for your legs and bum. Who wouldn't want that?
At Pole Star Fitness Studios, they pride themselves on providing small classes with a personal touch. This means you will receive the appropriate level of teaching adapted to your personal fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pole fitness enthusiast, they have something for everyone.
The studios are conveniently located in two areas of Liverpool. The Old Swan Studio can be found at Unit 2 Meat & Fish Market, Prescot Road, Liverpool, L13 3AF, Merseyside. The Bootle Studio is located at 366 Marsh Lane, Bootle, L20 9BX, Merseyside.

Pole Star Fitness Studios offers a varied range of prices to suit all needs. They even provide discounts for regular attendees. If you prefer one-on-one sessions, individual classes are also available. They offer different membership options based on your preferences and commitment level, including 1-month and 3-month gold and silver memberships.
Additionally, Pole Star Fitness Studios offers various courses, such as an advanced stretch course and an aerial hoop course, as well as beginners-only deals. For those who prefer private classes, they have options for 1-on-1, 2-person, and 3-person private classes.
If you want to pay as you go, each class can be individually paid for at 10 per session. They also offer discounted packages, such as 3 classes for 25 or 10 classes for 80, if you want to save some money while attending multiple classes.
In addition to their classes and courses, Pole Star Fitness Studios also provides refreshments and products to complement your fitness journey. They offer bottled water, protein bars, liquid chalk for pole gripping aid, and knee pads.

Please note that if you choose to pay for each lesson individually, a deposit of 5 is required in advance to secure your place, with the balance payable upon arrival at the class.
