

To me Pilates is not a workout, it is a journey to using your body in its most efficient form. Even though a photo can look impressive there is so much going on and so much more to work on. Alignment, stability, flexibility, and control are a constant work in progress!
My philosophy is to teach the body, not just an exercise. 20yrs experience with Dancers, athletes, kids, seniors, and rehab. Being a mother of 3 small boys I get it!
I offer bespoke Pilates in Queens Park 1:1 or 2:1.
