No experience is needed. The classes are designed for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

Yes. RAM BJJ offers dedicated kids and teen programmes focused on confidence, discipline, and anti-bullying skills for kids, and mental resilience and real-life discipline for teens.

All classes are led by Professor Tiago Santa Ritta, a Brazilian third-degree Jiu-Jitsu black belt with over 15 years of teaching experience.

Safety is a top priority. Classes are personally taught and supervised by Professor Tiago Santa Ritta to keep training respectful and professional.

If you do not have a gi yet, wear comfortable gym clothes. RAM BJJ provides a loaner gi for a first trial so you can experience training.

Yes. The first class is described as completely free with no pressure or commitment.

Adult classes are described as structured Jiu-Jitsu training to build strength, focus, and discipline in a supportive environment.
