Red River Yoga is a serene and tranquil yoga retreat centre, massage spa, and meditation centre located in Navan. Our classes, courses, and treatments are carefully designed to assist individuals on their self-healing journey. As our motto states, "When you don't go within, you go without.
Our studio offers a wide variety of yoga and meditation classes suitable for all levels of experience and ability. From Power Yoga Flow to Gentle Yoga with Maura, our classes are designed to cater to the needs and preferences of our clients. In addition to regular classes, we also host workshops that combine ancient wisdom with cutting-edge science to provide a holistic experience for our clients.
At Red River Yoga, we also offer a range of healing modalities in our one-on-one therapy sessions, allowing individuals to facilitate self-healing, self-awareness, and empowerment.
