At Love Yoga Loft, located in Navan, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming space for people of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities. Our community believes that yoga is truly for everybody, as long as you can breathe, you can do yoga. We focus on the mind/body connexion, using movement and breath to heal and empower the self, providing you with physical and mental strength you may never have realised you possessed.
With 8 years of experience, we offer a variety of classes both in-person and online, including Hatha, iRest Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Pregnancy Yoga, SUP yoga, and beach yoga. Additionally, we offer yoga get-away breaks and are proud stockists of the WinnerFlow breathing device for natural birth and post-natal recovery.
Our studio is a space where you can embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, starting with a pose, a thought, and an awareness of breath.
