Our members follow a simple circuit of safe and supervised exercises that effectively target weight loss, body toning, muscle strength, joint health, and posture correction. Each workout session lasts just 35 minutes, making it easy to fit into your busy schedule.
At Studio35, we utilise a medical-grade Training Circuit to deliver a complete workout. This circuit follows a fixed schedule to optimise the working of each muscle group. Our personalised training approach ensures that we listen to each member's goals and tailor a programme specifically for them. Throughout the workout, our team is there to guide and enhance your experience, ensuring you get the most out of each session.
Regular exercise at Studio35 offers numerous benefits. Our Rayleigh location is open from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, and on weekends from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. The Writtle location is open from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and on weekends from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
