The Studio On Sask

The Studio on Sask is a spin (indoor cycling) studio in Portage la Prairie on Saskatchewan Avenue W, Unit B. It serves people across a wide range of ages, physical abilities, and fitness levels with an inclusive, welcoming community. Classes focus on riding to music with options for beginners through to more intense workouts, including a standard Spin 45, a 30 minute Spin Express, an option labeled Spin Lite, and an Intro to Spin session that walks you through setup such as shoes and bike basics.
