Welcome to The Core Wellness Studio, Townsville's Boutique Pilates studio located along the iconic Townsville Strand, in The Queens Hotel, opposite Anzac Park. With two spacious studios in one location, we offer a range of Pilates classes and specialise in both group and private sessions.
At The Core Wellness Studio, we take pride in offering a unique Pilates experience. Our classes include reformer, mat, and barre Pilates, catering to individuals of all fitness levels. We keep our group sessions small, allowing us to provide personal attention to each participant. This also enables us to accommodate pregnant women and individuals recovering from injuries, ensuring inclusivity in our sessions.
Beyond being just a Pilates studio, The Core Wellness Studio is a community of like-minded instructors and clients who support and encourage each other during every class. We have created a welcoming space where you can come and be inspired, motivated, and most importantly, focused on your own health and wellness journey.
Our main focus is to help all of our clients achieve healthier and stronger bodies and minds. Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, our experienced instructors are dedicated to guiding you throughout your fitness journey.
