Our martial arts classes for kids and adults are designed to provide a fun and safe environment for learning and personal growth. We offer a mix of kickboxing, karate, self-defence, jujitsu, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and weapons training in every class. This combination allows students to develop a well-rounded skill set and adapt to various situations.
In addition to our regular martial arts classes, we also offer a women's kickboxing, self-defence, and fitness class on Wednesdays from 6pm to 7pm. This class is led by Lisa and Pat, who are experienced instructors dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and self-defence skills.
At Tugra Shan Martial Arts, we believe in making martial arts accessible for everyone. That's why we offer a free first martial arts lesson for beginners. We also provide unlimited MMA training for a low monthly fee, making it affordable for individuals and families to train up to three times a week.
For those who prefer more personalised attention, we offer private martial arts tuition at great rates. Whether you want one-on-one instruction or a small group session, our experienced instructors are here to help you reach your goals.
All our classes are taught by Kancho John Alford, a renowned martial arts master with over 45 years of experience. Kancho John holds six black belts in various disciplines and an 8th-degree black belt in Tugra Shan, showcasing his dedication and expertise in the field.
