Coach Sarah, co-founder of Urban Gym, is a dedicated and knowledgeable coach with a background in sports therapy. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and a diploma in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. Sarah is a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified and a fully qualified Personal Trainer. Her passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals shines through in her coaching style.
Together, Andy and Sarah have created a gym that prides itself on its community feel, where members are supported and encouraged in their fitness journey. Urban Gym offers a range of classes, from strength and conditioning to HIIT, as well as personal training sessions tailored to each individual's goals.
