Join the Vert Academy 15U/16U Girls-South program to take your volleyball game to the next level! This program is perfect for girls gearing up for the 2024-2025 season and is packed with specialized training to boost your vertical jump and overall performance on the court.
With a focus on strength training, plyometrics, and on-court volleyball sessions, the program will help you increase power production and reach new heights in your game. We're only accepting 16 dedicated athletes to ensure a personalized and advanced training experience aimed at long-term success.
Starting off with vertical jump testing using force plate/vertec technology, the program runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from June 4th to August 15th. Each session includes a mix of strength training and volleyball practice to keep you at the top of your game. Just a heads up, there won't be any prorating for this program, and we've got a 24-hour cancellation policy in place.
