Wangal Park, located at the corner of Cheltenham Road and Royce Avenue in Croydon, is a large park spanning 4. 2 hectares. The park aims to provide a recreational and visually pleasing environment for residents, offering a refuge from the surrounding urban landscape. As of July 1, 2023, Wangal Park's BBQ shelter area is available for hire. It is an excellent location for events such as birthday parties, family gatherings, and work team-building activities. The BBQ sheltered area is equipped with two double burner BBQs, six fixed tables, and seating. To check availability and make a booking, interested parties can visit the “Bookable” website and submit an application.
