Additionally, she is well-versed in using Pilates as a safe and gentle form of exercise for clients with Fibromyalgia.

Waves Pilates Studio offers a variety of options for clients to choose from. Group Mat Classes are available for a maximum of 4 or 8 people, depending on the studio's capacity. These classes provide an opportunity for individuals to join a community of like-minded individuals and work on their Pilates practise together.

For those who prefer a more personalised experience, private one-on-one Mat Classes are also available. These sessions allow Heather to tailor the exercises to the individual's specific goals and needs.

In the near future, Waves Pilates Studio will also be offering Studio Equipment Sessions. This will provide clients with access to a wider range of equipment, allowing for a more diversified Pilates experience.
