Heather has a special interest in Pilates for Pre and Post-Natal women, as well as Pilates for dancers. Additionally, she is well-versed in using Pilates as a safe and gentle form of exercise for clients with Fibromyalgia.
Waves Pilates Studio offers a variety of options for clients to choose from. Group Mat Classes are available for a maximum of 4 or 8 people, depending on the studio's capacity. These classes provide an opportunity for individuals to join a community of like-minded individuals and work on their Pilates practise together.
For those who prefer a more personalised experience, private one-on-one Mat Classes are also available. These sessions allow Heather to tailor the exercises to the individual's specific goals and needs.
