Welcome to Wayne Evans Coaching, the premier personal training, boxing club, fitness centre, and weight-loss service in Rowley Regis. When you join our community, you're not just signing up for a fitness programme – you're embarking on a transformative journey that will improve both your physical and mental well-being.
Wayne Evans, our experienced and passionate leader, started his fitness journey in 1999 when he began kickboxing with the goal of getting fit, losing weight, and becoming healthier. Little did he know that this decision would ignite a fire within him, leading him to become a World, European, British, and National kickboxing champion.
After achieving his kickboxing goals, Wayne turned his attention to boxing and won the ABA West Midlands finals while fighting for his local club, Priory ABC. Once he retired from boxing, Wayne discovered his true passion – coaching. He completed his England ABA qualifications and became a personal trainer, dedicating his life to helping others change their lifestyles and achieve happiness.
With over 14 years of experience, Wayne has witnessed incredible transformations in his clients. He has helped individuals beat depression, overcome addiction, lose weight, regain confidence, and find their purpose. His clients range from a 60-year-old man to a 13-year-old child, proving that fitness and wellness know no age limits.
Wayne's dedication to his craft has also attracted the attention of well-known figures. Over the years, he has worked with Glynn Purnell, Glynn Purnell's wife, Katie Lawler, Alison Hammond, and Jean-Benoit Burloux, the winner of Come Dine With Me. His expertise has also led him to co-author a bestselling book on Amazon called “The Warrior Wellbeing Toolkit. ” This guidebook provides practical tools and techniques for men and women who want to take control of their mental health and wellbeing.
