Our commitment is "The Finest in Hatha Yoga". Combining a variety of psycho-physical-spiritual styles: Gita, Iyengar, Ashtanga, & our own style involving Yoga Therapy (ultimate back care), vinyasa lunge sequences, child pose variations, & the Shaman-Sorcerer 'Magical Passes' from Carlos Castaneda. The latter teaches about re-deploying energy, shutting down internal dialogue, & developing 'superb physical condition' to navigate the known, material world, before we have any chance of navigating the unknown. Inspiring others to consider a realm of magic where we are the magicians. Advising an open mind / open heart in an endeavour to encounter the infinite, a mindset of abundance as a means of exchange for special training.
