Zed Pilates Studio

Welcome to Zed Pilates Studio, a private Pilates studio located in the heart of King's Cross, London. At Zed Pilates, we offer one-to-one sessions to ensure that your workout is tailored to your fitness level, objectives, and personal schedule. Our studio is equipped with Gratz apparatus, and we practise the Classical technique as created by Joseph Pilates.

What sets us apart is that we teach the Classical Pilates method, the original traditional series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates and passed on to master trainer Romana Kryzanowska. Our highly skilled instructors have all trained through the lineage of Romana and are among the few in the UK certified in this method.

Each session at Zed Pilates is held by appointment only, allowing us to customise the workout specifically for you. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our instructors will guide you through the exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Our fees for a single session are 90, and we also offer a block of 5 sessions for 425 (85/session). As an introductory offer, we provide a 50% discount for the 3rd session, which must be used within 5 weeks of the 1st session. We understand that plans may change, so you can change or cancel your booking without charge up to 24 hours before the start of the session. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period will not be entitled to a refund.
