Bikram Yoga is a revolutionary series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a room heated to 37 degrees Celsius (or body temperature).

Each class is 90mins and is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Each posture in the Bikram method is repeated twice and is designed to work through the body systematically. Each posture stretches and strengthens specific muscles, ligaments, and joints needed for the next posture. Bikram Yoga is a comprehensive system of practical health maintenance and disease prevention.
