The UQAM Sports Center's university sports team is offering a swimming training session to improve swimmers' efficiency and distance covered. The sessions are tailored by the coach based on each individual's abilities and goals, whether you are considering participating in a triathlon or not. The rates are $48.25 for students and members, $65.00 for employees and non-member graduates, and $81.00 for external participants. It is also possible to participate in an individual session for $9.50 for students and members, $12.75 for employees and non-member graduates, and $15.75 for external participants. A 25% discount applies from the second course purchased in the same session. The sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 am to 8:45 am at the CS-3S240 Pool in the UQAM Sports Center.
