
The UQAM Sports Center's university sports team is excited to offer a series of 7 sessions for beginners to learn the crawl techniques and improve their comfort in both shallow and deep water. Participants will have the chance to work on side breathing and leg movements. Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays to accommodate different schedules. There's a 25% discount for signing up for a second class or more in the same session. Prices vary depending on student/member status, non-member employee/graduate, or external participant.
