The benefits of exercise do not decrease after surgery, but many women are confused in terms of what they are safely capable of doing. Under the guidance of Dr Michael Miroshnik, Studio Athletica has developed an array of post-operative rehabilitation programmes specific to your procedure. Ranging from 6 weeks to 6 months, our packages incorporate traditional personal training, rehabilitation work and pilates. Designed to safely guide you through the delicate first weeks after surgery to best maintain a prior level of fitness, provide extensive retraining of core muscles, regain and increase strength, flexibility and agility without the risk of injury.
