Synergy Performance Institute has two locations, one in Forest Glen and another in Peregian Beach. The Forest Glen location is open Monday to Friday from 5am to 8pm, Saturday from 6am to 12pm, and Sunday from 7am to 12pm. The Peregian Beach location has different opening hours, with morning and afternoon slots on weekdays, a morning slot on Fridays, and a morning slot on Saturdays. All other hours are available by appointment only.

In addition to their fitness offerings, Synergy Performance Institute also sells fitness equipment, such as the HydroCore Bulgarian Bag.
